1. About MND Education

MND Education provides live online Dutch language courses for international learners.

By booking a course through this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Course Registration and Payment

A place in the course is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

All course fees must be paid before the course start date.

3. Course Structure

Courses are provided as live online group lessons.

The number of lessons and schedule are described on the course page.

MND Education reserves the right to make minor changes to the schedule if necessary.

4. Minimum Number of Participants

Courses require a minimum number of participants.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, MND Education may:

If a student cannot attend a lesson, the lesson cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Course fees apply to the entire course and not to individual lessons.

6. Cancellation by the Student

Students may cancel their registration up to 7 days before the course start date for a full refund.

After this period refunds may not be possible.

7. Course Materials

All materials provided by MND Education are for personal educational use only.

Materials may not be copied or distributed without permission.

8. Certificate

Students who complete the course will receive a course completion certificate from MND Education.

This certificate confirms participation in the course and does not represent an official government-recognised qualification.

9. Liability

MND Education is not responsible for technical issues outside its control such as internet connection problems or platform outages.

10. Changes to the Terms

MND Education may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
